ACCT 5103 - Management Accounting


This course emphasizes accounting from the management perspective. It examines cost measurement issues and discusses how managers use accounting data for their decision making. Topics include: job-order costing, process costing, activity-based costing, cost behavior, learning curve, cost-volume-profit analysis, variable costing, budgeting, standard costing, segment reporting, and relevant costs for decision making.

Open to MBA, MSA, and MSF students.

 ACCT 4101 , or waiver.
