EDUC 152 - Complexities of Urban Schooling

An inquiry into the challenging social and academic questions that pervade urban education using linguistic, sociological and psychological perspectives. Through lecture, discussion and field work, students will explore challenges faced by educators. For undergraduate students interested in educational studies.  The course is also a prerequisite for the Education minor and for the Master of Arts in Teaching graduate program.
