MGMT 226 - Union-Management Relations

Introduces the concepts and practice of contemporary union-management relations.  Topics include the development of the trade union movement, how unions organize workers and represent them at workplaces, the dynamics of collective bargaining, strikes, union political action, and the law of labor relations.
 

Prerequisites: Juniors and seniors only.
