Overview


Graduate Program


The Clark University M.S.F. program is a rigorous curriculum focusing on the skills and knowledge required to apply advanced financial theories to complex financial management problems. To be successful in this program, students need to have strong mathematical skills, along with required prerequisite course work in the following areas:

  • Financial Accounting
  • Calculus
  • Economic Theory
  • Statistics

Graduate Requirements


The M.S.F. degree is offered as a full time cohort program. Students complete the degree in three semesters, and an internship is required for those who have less than three years of relevant professional full time work experience.

The M.S.F. curriculum consists of full-semester, 14-week courses which counts as one unit. The curriculum for the M.S.F. program consists of the following courses, plus an additional 2 units of electives in the areas of finance or accounting, which will total 10 units of credit:
