GEOG 362 - Seminar on Globalization


Examines contemporary literature on globalization from various disciplinary perspectives. Both theoretical and empirical literature from Economics, Geography, Sociology, Political Science and Anthropology on various aspects of globalization, including governance, interdependence, labor relations and ‘networks’ will be analyzed. Explores the possibilities of developing a geographic paradigm to better understand the relationship between the global and the local.
