IDCE 364 - Seminar on Monitoring and Evaluating Development Projects

Reviews the growing literature relating to the theory and methods of evaluation to learn from mistakes of past development projects in order to design more effective ones in the future. Participants think through the implications of the review in evaluating development projects of their own choice.
