MGMT 226 - Industrial Relations


Introduces the concepts, theory and practice of labor-management relations. Topics include the development of the trade-union movement; union organizing; the structure, practices and outcomes of collective bargaining; the administration of the collective agreement; dispute resolution procedures; and the public policy of labor relations.

Prerequisites: Juniors and seniors only.
