MGMT 234 - Consumer Behavior


Examines how people search for, purchase, use, evaluate and dispose of the products, services and ideas they expect to satisfy their needs. Emphasizes the issues of market segmentation and the diffusion of innovations. Ethical, legal and public-policy issues are also discussed.

Prerequisites: MGMT 230 ; juniors and seniors only.
