MGMT 5408 - Creativity, Leadership and the Arts

This course examines the benefits of interdisciplinary thinking as a means of developing and improving creativity and leadership skills. The emphasis is on the arts and how they can be used to significantly enhance business decision-making and effectiveness. Through readings, activities, and case analyses, students develop a greater appreciation and knowledge of their own interdisciplinary thinking skills and how these skills can be used in business settings.
