PSYC 214 - Laboratory in Interviewing

Type of Course: Laboratory, Discussion
Enables students to use interviews as a research tool productively and responsibly, with emphasis on structured, focus-group and unstructured (qualitative) interviews. The different approaches and techniques will be explored theoretically and with practical exercises. A valuable research prerequisite for doing honors work in the social sciences.

Prerequisites: PSYC 108  and PSYC 109  or instructor’s permission.
