PSYC 254 - Children, Culture and Learning

Type of Course: First Seminar
This course links theories of psychological development, culture, and learning in children’s lives. Drawing from readings in psychology, education, anthropology, and history the course will focus on the ways children’s lives are organized differently around the world (including different cultural groups in the United States), and how these different forms of organization are related to children’s learning.

Prerequisites: PSYC 101 .
