PSCI 252 - Political Parties and Interest Groups

This course examines the development, maintenance, and goals of interest groups and political parties in the United States.  Topics include the history of groups and parties in American politics, group and party classification methods, characteristics of group or party members and activists, regulations governing group and party activities, and selected contemporary issues of relevance.
