MGMT 296 - Special Topics in Management

This course addresses current or timely topics. Special Topics can vary from semester to semester; the course focus changes with each offering, depending on the faculty interest.

Intersession 2020: Project Management

Project management skills are necessary no matter what your role in the organization. In this course, students are provided a foundation in project management - learning the concepts, best practices, tools and techniques to move from project idea through to implementation. A team project enables students to practice what they are learning in the course as well as to hone their planning, communication, team leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills.
