MSEA 3130 - Sports Finance

This course provides an analysis of the multi-billion-dollar sports industry and the various revenues and expenses associated with operating a sport business.  Proper budgeting, forecasting and financial planning are critical steps to ensure effective fiscal decision-making.  This course takes a practical approach to explain how revenue is obtained and how it is spent effectively to foster growth for the sport organization.   

Prerequisites: MSEA 3000 Introduction to the Sports Industry  

MSEA 3010 The Business of Esports
