MSEA 3210 - Sports Leadership

This course allows students to discover traits and qualities necessary to succeed as a leader in today’s evolving sports landscape.  Effective strategies for goal setting, communication, motivation, teamwork and a variety of leadership styles are discussed. Students analyze past and current leaders in the sports industry from owners to general managers and head coaches who have made a lasting and positive impact on the sports industry.

Prerequisites: MSEA 3000 Introduction to the Sports Industry
