QBUS 250 - Operations Management

A study of the various techniques used to evaluate business decisions, problems, and investment opportunities will be covered within this course. Both qualitative and quantitative issues will be discussed. Topics include linear programming, learning curves, scheduling, forecasting, optimization, and other contemporary analytic techniques. Using case studies, students will gain a better understanding of management decision-making process.

Prerequisites:  MGMT 100 ,&  ACCT 101  or MGMT101, & QBUS 110  or MGMT110; juniors and seniors only.
