SPAN 138 - Telling Stories Through Fiction and Film

Stories can cut across national borders, socioeconomic tensions, and literary and cinematic genres. In this course, students will develop greater fluency in Spanish as they analyze stories (and human characters) that function well when living between the margins.

Prerequisites: SPAN 131   or SPAN 132  or permission; Native speakers welcome.
