Spring 2024 Topic - Strategic Management Case Research

This course introduces the key concepts of Case Study development and the associated skills to research and assess company strengths and weaknesses. Students will select one company for in-depth research and learn to craft a business case study about that firm. Much of the work is conducted independently and with individual meetings with the instructor.
