MKT 230 - Marketing Management


The main objective of this course is to introduce the basic marketing principles from the perspective of a marketing manager. Topics covered include the marketing concept, product analysis, consumer behavior, channels of distribution, pricing, promotion, services marketing, international marketing, marketing planning, and the role of marketing in society. The course also focuses on how the information technology is impacting the field of marketing.

Prerequisites:  This course is not recommended for students to take during their first semester at Clark.
