LEAD 1010 - Leadership and Decision-Making

This course introduces leadership and decision-making models.  Students will develop practical leadership and decision-making skills and behaviors. Topics include leadership theories and models, decision-making theories and models, power and politics, communication, facilitation, and followership. Consideration is also given to ethics and social justice and the important role these two concepts play in contemporary personal and professional life. The course will use readings, case studies, exercises (group and individual), discussions, and projects to apply course concepts.
