BIOT 2500 - Biotechnology Data Insights

This course is designed to explore the intersection of machine learning, data visualization, and biotechnology. This course offers a deep dive into how machine learning algorithms can be strategically applied to biotechnological data, including genomic, proteomic, and metabolic datasets, which are pivotal in modern biological research and medical advancements. In addition to data analysis, a significant portion of the course is dedicated to visualization techniques.

Prerequisites: BIOT 1300 - Introduction to Bioinformatics  

CSEC 1090 - Python Programming
