MGMT 297 - Management Honors Research


The Management Honors Research course is a comprehensive course designed for academically motivated students seeking an enriched understanding of management principles through independent research. This advanced course provides an immersive experience for high-achieving students, with a minimum GPA of 3.7, to delve into cutting-edge topics within the field of management. Throughout the semester, students will engage in a structured research process under the guidance of a SOM faculty member, from formulating research questions to conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, and ultimately presenting their findings. The course is designed to hone students’ critical thinking, methodological rigor, communication, and analytical skills required in today’s management research.
