CHIN 103 - Intermediate Chinese I

For students with 2-3 years of Chinese.  Consolidates basic skills for students who have completed CHIN 102 or the equivalent.  Emphasizes communicative proficiency: the development of oral and written skills, self-expression and cultural insight.  There is a weekly discussion section with a teaching assistant.

Prerequisites: CHIN 102   or 2-3 years previous Chinese or by permission; must register for discussion session.
