MSAI 3145 - AI Applications in Healthcare

This course provides an in-depth exploration of how AI technologies transform healthcare. Students will examine key AI methods, such as machine learning and deep learning, and their applications to solving healthcare challenges like diagnostics, predictive analytics, and personalized medicine. The course emphasizes practical skills, teaching students how to design, implement, and evaluate AI models for real-world healthcare problems, including medical imaging and hospital operations. Through hands-on projects, students will integrate AI solutions into existing healthcare infrastructures like Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telemedicine platforms.

Prerequisites: MSDA 3050 - Applied Machine Learning
