MSPM 3460 - Agile Project Delivery: Principles and Practices

This course introduces students to the foundational concepts of Agile methodology. Students will explore the core values of the Agile Manifesto, evaluate different Agile frameworks, and examine how adaptive methods can improve project outcomes. Special attention is given to the roles within Agile teams, with an emphasis on breaking down projects into smaller, iterative cycles or Agile sprints. Through hands-on activities and real-life scenarios, students will learn strategies to determine the appropriate methodology to apply to produce metrics that deliver results in complex projects.
