MSHT 3306 - Healthcare Technology Management, Strategy, and Future Trends

This course prepares students to strategically manage and implement healthcare technologies while exploring the latest advancements shaping the future of the industry. Students will learn to align technology initiatives with organizational goals through strategic planning and project management, while also examining the impact of emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and digital health innovations. The course encourages critical thinking about the future trends and ethical, legal, and social considerations in healthcare technology. 

Prerequisites: MSHT 3300 - Healthcare Technology Foundations  

MSHT 3301 - Digital Health Applications and Architecture
