COMM 2020 - Organizational Behavior

This course is designed to provide students with an opportunity to analyze and discern the differences in behaviors found within todays complex and diverse work environment. The specific topics of organizational culture, change, motivation, groups, leadership and interpersonal communication will all be addressed. Classroom lecture, case studiesand group exercises directly related to the required reading material will provide helpful insight into the theories being introduced and examined.
