Overview
The Master of Science in Talent Management and Human Resources is an online part time program that requires 8 units of coursework - 4 units of core courses and 4 units of elective courses.The core courses include three qualitative management courses and one talent management course, each with a focus on key competencies of leadership, ethical practice, business acumen, and global awareness.
Graduate Program Requirements
The MS in Talent Management and Human Resources requires 8 units of coursework. 4 units are required courses, and students then choose 4 units of elective courses. All 8 units of coursework must be taken at Clark University to meet master’s degree residency requirements.
