CSCI 127 - Basics of Software Design and Emerging Technology

This course’s objectives include introducing students to the field of emerging technology, as well as teaching them the fundamentals of software design, cutting-edge tools and problem-solving methods while engaging them in cooperative group projects. The opportunity for students to interact with and hear from a guest speaker about their experience will be provided. For computer science, Data Science and Becker School of Design majors and anyone looking for a rigorous introduction. Both prior programming experience and strong analytical abilities are advantageous.

Prerequisites: CSCI121 or Instructor Permission
