Overview
Clark University’s Master’s in Accounting Analytics program prepares students for an ever-changing professional environment in both public and corporate accounting. This STEM-designated program, based on fundamental accounting knowledge, provides students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience with data analytics technologies and methodologies to keep pace with today’s data-centric accounting world.
Departmental Eligibility Requirements
The accelerated Bachelor of Arts/Master of Science in Accounting Analytics program is open to students in all majors.
Three prerequisite courses are required. Students must complete:
Accounting - ACCT 101 AND ACCT 203 (Both Required)
Statistics - QBUS 110 OR ECON 160 OR PSYC 105
Prerequisites must be completed with a grade of C or higher by the end of the second semester of their junior year.
A minimum cumulative GPA of a 3.4 is required for eligibility to this program.
For ALL School of Business Accelerated Degree Applicants
As part of the application process, all applicants to the accelerated degree program must meet with both the Assistant Dean, Laura Burgess, and the Associate Director of the Stevenish Career Management Center, Kelly Kochis, before the accelerated degree adviser form will be signed and approved by the School of Business. These meetings need to take place before the accelerated degree application deadline.
Program of Study
The MSAA requires 12 units of graduate coursework. Accelerated MSAA students receive a waiver for ACCT4101, and will need to complete 11 remaining graduate course units.
Students will be required to take 3 graduate course units in their senior year. Students must complete STAT 4450 , BAN 4550 and ACCT 5100 during their senior year.

The BA/MSAA program requires a graduate level internship for all accelerated degree students. This internship must be completed as part of the MSAA program and by the time a student completes the degree requirements. Internships completed at the undergraduate level do not meet this requirement. No academic credit is awarded for the internship.
Fees
This program is eligible for a 100% tuition remission in a student’s graduate year if the student meets all accelerated degree requirements. All accelerated degree students will be responsible for fees during their graduate year of study.
