MSPM 3892 - AI Project Management and System Design

This course provides students with the skills to manage and design AI projects in real-world environments. Students will learn how to scope AI projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful deployment of AI systems. Topics include AI system lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and system integration. The course integrates Agile project management methodologies, DevOps practices, and strategies for scaling AI systems. Through case studies and practical exercises, students will learn best practices for managing AI projects from conception to deployment, focusing on meeting stakeholder objectives and aligning AI solutions with organizational goals.

Prerequisites: MSPM 3460 - Agile Project Delivery: Principles and Practices  

MSPM 3840 - Project Management Fundamentals  

MSPM 3850 - Project Leadership and Organization
