MSPM 3999 - Capstone

This capstone course serves as the culminating experience of the MS Project Management degree program, integrating prior coursework into a comprehensive, applied project. Students will leverage PMI’s Ways of Working framework to produce a capstone project and final report that examines and analyzes a selected topic and presents a set of recommendations to key stakeholders. 

Some meetings required.

 

Prerequisites: MSPM 3460 - Agile Project Delivery: Principles and Practices  

MSPM 3580 - Project Risk Management  

MSPM 3770 - Project Economics and Contract Procurement  

MSPM 3840 - Project Management Fundamentals  

MSPM 3850 - Project Leadership and Organization  

MSPM 3851 - Project Communication and Stakeholder Management
